It is
important to remember that, for regular verbs, we simply add -ía to the
infinitive.
We looked at
some hypothetical situations.

Si ganaras la lotería, ¿qué comprarías?
·
Si pudieras volar, ¿adónde irías?
·
Si pudieras vivir en cualquier sitio del mundo, ¿dónde
vivirías?

Si fueras Taoiseach
de Irlanda, ¿qué harías?
The verb after “Si” here is the
subjunctive – fueras, ganaras, pudieras – there is no need to worry about this
at the moment, it is a different form of the verb used for unreal situations.
