we revised
some verbs for instructions
coloca las
manos en la cabeza – place your hands on your head
date la
vuelta – turn around
echa la
cabeza hacia atrás – put your head back
dobla el brazo – bend your arm
we looked at
some advice for various sports on p.10 and 11
el chaleco salvavidas – lifejacket
ve en fila – go in a line
para no resbalar – so you don’t slip
un sillín – a saddle
para no deshidratarse – so you don’t dehydrate
We then
